I’m still not over yesterday 😭✨
Seeing JC Chasez at Rewind Washington felt like a full circle moment for my inner teenage self.

I got a photo op AND had him sign it (like… excuse me?? 🥹)
AND I went to my first ever panel and just sat there like:
“wow… I’m really here listening to JC talk life and music.”

BUT WAIT—
Did he casually hint at a possible NSYNC reunion?? 👀
Because sir… a Zoom call with “the guys” on Monday???

I will not be calm. I refuse.

The was so much fun this year. Despite not training like I wanted I still managed to finish in good time! Last time I did this, was before the world went on lockdown! Already signed up for next year!

Opened my email and saw that sent an email with a video from I figured it was going to be a standard video thanking me for joining wine club, but it actually had my name! And it was pronounced correctly!!!! It’s all in the details! Can’t wait to come back to Napa and do a wine tasting! I do know the first thing I’m having after my egg retrieval and Ramadan ending though. My new favorite the Grand Cuvée! Thank you for this! Made my day! Thanks for appreciating your Bella army and wine club members!

Saw a post in a Zumba group — and comments from a known Islamophobic instructor — trashing Bad Bunny and calling his show a “debacle.”

Let me be very clear: you don’t have to like Bad Bunny. You don’t have to understand Spanish.
But when the “criticism” is dripping in racism and xenophobia, it needs to be named.

This is Zumba. A format created by a Colombian immigrant. Built on Latin music, culture, and community.
So watching instructors participate in blatant anti-Latino bias while profiting off a Latin-based fitness space is beyond hypocritical.

I’ve literally had people walk out of my classes because the songs weren’t in English. This mindset is not new — but it’s still disgusting.

Plenty of artists have vulgar lyrics. That’s not what this is about. What Bad Bunny brought was joy, unity, and representation — and clearly, that makes some people uncomfortable.

So yes, this is a vent. But it’s also a reminder: racism has no place in Zumba. Period.

It's all about being aware of the moments as they pass.

This show and meet and greet before wasn’t for 43 year old Naz. It was for 8 year old Naz. Who had the lunchbox, jacket, and dolls. She needed this. Can’t wait to experience barstool in June! ❤️ ❤️
