About 11 years ago I discovered Zumba after a friend talked me into taking a class. I couldn't believe I was working out AND having fun! A year later I became an instructor because I wanted to spread the love of fun and exercise to others. No matter how crazy or stressful day I have, Zumba always manages to put a smile on my face.
