Connecticut Fencers

Connecticut Fencers Fencing is often referred to as physical chess. The goal is to out-think your opponent! She also won a bronze medal at the 2007 World Championship in Sydney.

Head Coach: Jennette Starks-Faulkner brings 15 years of national and international competitive fencing, and 9 years of teaching and coaching experience to her fencing program. She was a member of the 2009 USA World Veterans Team at the World Championship in Moscow, Russia. Assistant Coach: Elaine Saunders started fencing at Simsbury High School and has never left. She has been the head coach at SH

S since 2008, and is glad to join CT Fencers to gain more experience and grow more people's interest in the noble sport.
