Tess, Belle, and I will be available for guided hunts at Blonhaven!!!

A lot of great work has been happening at Blonhaven as we prepare for another outstanding season ahead.

This spring, we completed a controlled burn across nearly two-thirds of the property, and the results have been incredible. New grass is coming in strong, habitat conditions are improving, and the fields are looking as good as they have in years. Sorghum planting will begin soon to further enhance cover and field conditions.

We’re also upgrading the European hunt experience with all-new blinds. Five have already been completed and installed, with more improvements continuing throughout the property.

We can’t wait to welcome everyone back out to Blonhaven this season.

Great birds still around, let’s get you out before it ends!!

A busy week!! Started with a couple pheasant hunts on state land with great success!! Tess and Belle did a great job of finding birds!!!
Saturday we had a guide job at Blonhaven Hunt Club, the girls flushed the birds planted but shooting was a little off!!
Finished this morning with a goose hunt, three man limit with a beautiful snow goose and blue goose!! Very rare in SE Wisconsin!!!
Now we are going to prepare for the Wisconsin gun deer season!!!

Took a break from waterfowl to get the girls ready for the pheasant guiding season!! Going to get busy starting this weekend, then a trip to Iowa for a big weekend of pheasant hunting!!!
