Cardio vs. Strength Training — which one actually changes your body? 🤔

Here's the honest answer:

✅ Cardio burns calories IN the moment
✅ Strength training burns calories ALL DAY — even while you sleep

If your entire plan is built on sweating more and eating less, you might be working against yourself.

Too much cardio + not enough strength = muscle loss over time. And less muscle means a slower metabolism. It's a cycle that keeps a lot of people stuck.

🔥 Friday Shoutout to Charlie & Bryn! 🔥

This father-daughter duo continues to prove what consistency, determination, and hard work can accomplish. Bryn recently dominated at the Wisconsin Swimming Championship Meet by taking 🥇 1st place in the 1650 Freestyle, 1000 Freestyle, and 50 Breaststroke — an incredible accomplishment for a high-level athlete with a huge future ahead.

What’s most impressive is the mindset both Charlie and Bryn bring every single day. They stay focused, driven, and committed to constantly improving. That kind of consistency is rare — and it shows.

Bryn’s work ethic and determination are setting the foundation for something special. The sky’s the limit! 💪🏊♀️
