Another week, another equipment order. 🔥

We’re continuing to build out Full Tilt with equipment you won’t find in your average commercial gym. Four more pieces were ordered this past week:

🔥 DynaBody Elite Plate Loaded Chest Supported Linear Bearing Row
🔥 Dynamic Ultra Pro Incline Lever Row — “The Humbler”
🔥 Icarian Angled Leg Press
🔥 Cybex Hack Squat

Two more killer back options and two absolute staples for leg day.

We’ve said it from the beginning: we’re not interested in filling the gym with rows of the same catalog equipment. We’re hunting down the pieces we believe are worth having—old school, new school, rare, proven, and built to be trained hard.

And we’re not done.

More equipment. More variety. More ways to get stronger.

🇺🇸 LABOR DAY HOURS 🇺🇸

This Labor Day, we want to recognize the hardworking men and women who build, fix, create, and keep this country moving. 💪

🔧 Staffed Hours: 8AM–2PM

Member access is NOT affected. Full Tilt members will still have their normal 24/7 access before, during, and after staffed hours.

Day passes and new memberships will also remain available online or through the GymMaster app.

Enjoy the holiday, get your lift in, and thank you to everyone out there putting in the work every damn day. 🇺🇸

Hard work builds everything.

🚨🚨Expansion update number 4🚨🚨

Progress update!

- 3 of the 4 walls have been painted
- Trash and debris removed
- Boilers are removed
- Plumbers marked out layout for concrete cutters to cut out Monday 8/17
- Plumbers completely dug out trenches for new plumbing in the women’s locker room and replaced the new sewer main
- Electricians put up most of the lights, will be back the next few weekends to finish lighting, outlets, and the electrical in locker rooms
- Carpenters cut the whole for the sauna door, the outside alley parking entrance, and framed out sauna.
- Pillars painted to match walls

Next steps;
- Mural Artist scheduled for September 14th
- Wall off hallway and build out posing room
- Once plumbing is installed build out locker rooms
- Build out front desk
- Cut opening in wall between both units
- Install HVAC units on the roof and duct them in

Once everything is complete we’ll have to close for a few days to move equipment and for the opening to get cut, but will give plenty of notice before that’s needed.

Things are moving along quite well, should be ready to roll in a about 2-3 months.

🚨 MEN’S BATHROOM TEMPORARY CLOSURE 🚨

Starting this Thursday, the men’s bathroom will be closed for approximately 4–5 days while plumbing is installed for our NEW LOCKER ROOMS! 🔨🚿

🚽 Port-o-potties will be available out front for men to use during the closure.

We know it’s not ideal, but this is another big step toward getting the expansion finished and bringing you the upgraded facility we’ve been working hard on.

We appreciate everyone’s patience through the dust, noise, construction, and temporary inconveniences.

It’ll be worth it. 💪

Big things are coming, Full Tilt Family.

🚨 NEW GYM POLICY — NO OUTSIDE SHOES ON THE TRAINING FLOOR 🚨

We’ve been seeing more dirt and mud tracked throughout the gym and left around equipment footplates. To help keep Full Tilt clean and protect the equipment, outside shoes will no longer be allowed on the training floor.

👟 Please bring a clean change of shoes with you.

If your shoes are wet, muddy, or were worn outside, please change before entering the training area. Members who don’t have a clean pair may be asked to head home and change.

We take a lot of pride in keeping Full Tilt clean, and we appreciate everyone doing their part.

Thank you for respecting the gym and your fellow members. 💪

🔥 ICARIAN STANDING LATERAL RAISE — FULL TILT FEATURE 🔥

Shoulders aren’t built with momentum.

They’re built with precision.

The Icarian Standing Lateral Raise is one of the best machines ever designed for isolating the medial delts. Its standing position, natural resistance curve, and fixed movement path allow you to focus on what matters most—driving the elbows out and loading the side delts without letting the traps take over.

This isn’t just another shoulder machine.

This is:

⚙️ How to set it up correctly (handle position, body alignment, elbow path, range of motion, and tempo)

📚 The engineering behind it (why the classic Icarian design has stood the test of time and how its cam profile matches your strength curve)

🧠 The biomechanics (scapular plane movement, shoulder abduction, minimizing trap dominance, and maximizing lateral delt recruitment)

🏆 The purpose (why fixed-path lateral raises are one of the safest and most effective ways to build wider, rounder shoulders)

The goal isn’t to throw the weight around.

It’s to create constant tension from the bottom of the rep all the way to peak contraction—keeping the side delts working instead of shifting the load to your traps, momentum, or lower back.

Chest tall.
Core braced.
Lead with the elbows.
Own every inch of the movement.

If you care about:
• Building wider, capped shoulders
• Isolating the side delts without momentum
• Maximizing tension through every rep
• Training with intention instead of chasing heavier numbers

Then this machine deserves a place in your shoulder day.

We’re not just raising the weight.

We’re breaking down how to use the Icarian Standing Lateral Raise the way it was engineered to be used.

Full Tilt. No shortcuts.

🚨🚨🚨🚨

Wanted to give everyone a peak at the new side of the gym, Chicago Wedding & Couples Photographer | Izzy and I went over there this week just to give everyone a lay of the land and where everything will be.

Also, you can see how much bigger it is. Our unit currently is 8,500sqft. The addition is 17,700 additional sqft so all said and done we’ll be over 26,000sqft making us, I’m pretty sure, the largest privately owned gym in the state of Wisconsin.

Work starts tomorrow ⏳⏳⏳⏳
