Hey everyone, sorry for the late post on classes. We want everyone to take the week and spend time with their family. I sent notification through
the kicksite system. If you did not receive that notification, it means that you have opted out of the sms option which is how I send notification about class changes. If you believe you have opted out of that on accident, please let me know and I can activate it for you. We also purchased new matting for the jiujitsu.Space today, and we'll have much more room. Starting Saturday, December 20th, Bootheel BJJ will begin offering a ladies-only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class taught by a female instructor.

This class is a great opportunity for women who would prefer to learn and train in a ladies-only setting. The class will cover fundamental Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques, practical self-defense, and drills suitable for all experience levels—whether you’re brand new or have trained before.
