Eileen and Dakota Davis traveled to Springfield, MO over the weekend to compete in the SPF Vikings of Iron Powerlifting Competition where both placed in their divisions and brought home the most unique trophies.

This was Dakota's first competition and did an excellent job on all of his lifts! He is a dedicated lifter and has shown tremendous growth during his prep.

Special thanks to the rest of the team who traveled to help and cheer them on!!

Today was the culmination of our New Year's challenges. Our members have been working hard since January 3rd to crush their goals, whether they be weight loss or increasing their strength.

Congratulations to Leah Barker Barton for winning the weight loss competition!

Congratulations to Stephen Kilbreth for winning the strength competition!

It was a fun day of celebrating many accomplishments.
