The time has come to close Soulstice’s doors, but our final flow will be on 3/20 at our Spring Equinox Workshop.

This journey has been many things: wonderful, challenging, rich, valuable, humbling, fulfilling and not at all what I expected.

I love teaching, creating, practicing reiki and sharing those gifts, and I intend to continue do so. I’m not sure what the next chapter of it will look like, but if there’s one lesson I’ve learned (and continue to learn), it is that the more we can settle into the acceptance that uncertainty is a guarantee in this life, the more we are able to flow with what’s to come. Not easy of course, but necessary for sure.

Our Spring Equinox Workshop is still on for Friday, March 20th at 6pm, and we have space if you would like to join in our final event. Cost is $45 and class will include yoga, guided meditation and a DIY Spring Bouquet from Bloom & Grow’s signature Bloom Bar.

❄️ Winter Solstice Workshop❄️🕯️

Thursday, 12/18 at 6:30pm. $25.

This time of year invites us to slow down and prepare for winter’s rest. We are not built for blooming and hustling all year long; just look at nature, the trees teach us all we need to know about life. There are seasons for growth and there are seasons for tending to our roots.

Class will include guided meditation, a slow-paced yoga flow, and a magical winter ritual.

Year 5 of people supporting my shenanigans at our annual Witch Workshop. Grateful to each and every one of you for sharing your time, energy and presence in this space. I love our little community so much. What a time to be alive when we can gather for witch yoga and make spell jars in great company on a random Thursday night. Thank you to the women who came before us who allowed us these freedoms and may we continue to support the women around us and the women who will shine long after we’re gone. ❤️‍🔥🤍💫🦂♏️🌘🌑🌒🌕🌙
