Is the mental game important for Performance in Golf? Now I know 99% of you reading this would say “yes, of course.”

Do you struggle with anxiety, frustration, and fear on the golf course? I would usually receive the same response, “yes, of course”.

Yet do you train the mental game? I know that many of you reading this would say “no”. This can be for multiple reasons, but often it is because we don’t know how.

We are very excited to launch a ground-breaking partnership with FLOWCODE Golf Academy, led by Dr. Rick Sessinghaus (Lifelong coach to Collin Morikawa) and myself, Iain Highfield.
The FLOWCODE is a neuroscience-based system of tools and techniques that enable athletes to identify, train and create their optimal state of performance called 'Flow'.
As part of this partnership, we will be hosting a FREE online FLOWCODE information webinar. This is a unique opportunity for committed junior golfers to learn and begin to implement the tools and techniques required to win a major championship.
