🌱 Add a cup of spinach to your morning smoothie… I promise you can’t taste it!⁣ (Cauliflower works too)!

🌀 Use a spiralizer on zucchini or buy frozen spaghetti squash and swap these for traditional pasta. ⁣

🥕 Instead of eating chips with dips, use raw veggies like carrots and celery instead.⁣

🥬 Add a scoop of power greens to your daily smoothie.⁣
⁣
🍠 Sneak in some veggies at breakfast by making sweet potato pancakes, pumpkin muffins, or egg muffins with zucchini & cheese.⁣
