If an athlete canât control the movement, adding more weight isnât building strength.
Itâs building compensation.
And eventually, that shows up somewhere.
The knee starts caving.
The back starts taking over.
The shoulder starts feeling off.
The form changes every rep.
Thatâs why youth training has to be about more than making athletes tired or loading the bar just because they can.
They need to learn how to move well first.
If your athlete is ready to build strength the right way, DM âCLOCKWORKâ to get started.
