As I mentioned a couple of weeks ago myself and coach Lacy will be programming the workouts with a specific focus each week, culminating with a week long version of the MetKAMP Games! Take a look below for the August details:

August:

Week 1: Endurance Week

Week 2: Strength Week

Week 3: Power/ Agility Week

Week 4: Endurance Week

Week 5: MetKAMP Games. A series of mixed type partner WODs over the the week. Saturday all points will be added and we will decide the winner

Alright folks! This months challenge is called "Make an Impersonation". We will be looking/voting for the best impersonation of Coach Marcus.

Rules:

1. You must make and post a video to Facebook of your impersonation

2. You can use props or other members in your video, but only one person will receive the prize (you can then split it however you choose)

3. Videos must be submitted by Monday June 26th for all of us to vote

4. No profanity!
