Total body single kettlebell ladder workout
Add a rep to each move for 5-10 reps (do both sides!)

If you want to improve performance, don’t neglect stability training!

Aim to perform some form of stability training 2-3 times per week. It doesn’t need a dedicated day and it doesn’t need to take a lot of time. Truly, it’s easy to incorporate a few solid movements into your current routine.

Adding stability focused moves to your routine will:

✅ increase power generation

✅improve joint stability
