While the club offers a unique focus on trail running, members also rally on the road, track, and cross country course.

We're still in need of several volunteers for the Cougar Mountain Trail Run this Saturday, August 8th! All volunteers earn a free entry to a Seattle Running Club race of their choice - please contact Michael at [email protected] if interested. Current openings:

🏃🏽Lanterne Rouge 8:30 AM start (26.2 miles)
🥞Food tent 9:00 AM-12:30 PM
🍕Food tent 12:30 PM-4:00 PM
💧Fred's Railroad aid station 10:30 AM-3:30 PM (partial shifts available)

Thank you to our trail work party volunteers who got our trails ready for the upcoming Cougar race! Also shout out to one of our PNW Youth Trail Project runners for coming out to the Sunday trail run yesterday! There is still time to register on the website for the culminating Cougar race this Saturday, Aug. 8th that also serves as host to the USATF Pacific Northwest Trail Championship for Youth (5k), Open (14.5mi), and Masters (14.5mi) runners.
