The journey of life takes us through a conglomerate of challenges on a daily basis. If we don’t have a balanced structure in place, we tend to neglect our health and body, which should be the second most important priority in our life. Our vision is to inspire passion for faith, fitness and health; being balanced in spirit, body & mind. Life is too short for regrets; don’t settle for anything less than God’s best for your life and for those He puts across your path to empower them.

“Ye of little faith.”!! Definitely not the words I would want to hear from Jesus.

Faith is critical in our walk with God because without it there is NO possibility of pleasing Him in any way! If you are moved by what you are seeing & hearing than your flesh has gotten the lead not the spirit. Little faith means that at this moment in time our faith has been tested and we’ve come up short which reveals our faith still needs growth. God will bring the test and if you don’t pass it, pray (not panic) for God to work your faith so that the next time around you pass the test.
Jesus is trying to get us to understand three simple truths:
I will protect you.
I will provide for you.
I will teach, instruct and guide you. 👸🏻 🕊️
