When I enrolled in the certification to become a Family Constellations Therapist integrity was an underlying value. While we know that healing our souls is a journey, our Teachers were clear about the fact that we had to heal first before being of service. It’s the right thing to do.

Family constellations move energy, we connect to the field providing information. To reestablish our internal balance, it’s essential to bathe with salt water/salted water/ocean water. This will clear up the energy. It’s the self-care we have to do after being of service.
