CROSSFIT BLUESTONE IS HOSTING KIDS CAMP! ☀️💪🏼🔥

This program will consist of:

•learning body awareness

•controlled and safe introduction to body weight movements

•squats, hinges, deadlifts, presses , etc!

•gymnastics: ring rows, pull-ups, handstand progressions, etc!

•CONFIDENCE 🔥💪🏼

•and much , much, MORE!

ANDDDD at the end of camp we will have a kids CrossFit competition to showcase all of their hard work to their friends and family! 🤩🤩
