We are seeking experienced, passionate and dedicated individuals to join out growing team! We currently have openings for Recreational Coaches and Front Desk Personnel.

* Recreational Gymnastics Coaches
We are seeking experienced, passionate and dedicated Recreational Gymnastics Coaches to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics and experience working with students of various ages and skill levels. This role requires an individual who is enthusiastic about educating young athletes, fostering their skills, and promoting a positive and safe environment for all participants.

• Previous experience coaching position is required.
• Background in gymnastics or tumbling is highly desirable.
• Passion for coaching young athletes is essential.

* Front Desk
Front Desk personnel are an essential part of the Above the Bar team. They build relationships with our customers, answer phones, greet customers and create a friendly, fun environment. Our Customer Service/Front Desk personnel inform customers about our programs, our coaches, and assist them in finding the best programs for their children. Must be friendly, and fun with a positive attitude. Must enjoy greeting people, building relationships, and working in an environment with kids. Must have good verbal and written skills, attention to detail, computer knowledge (MicroSoft Office), email, social media skills are a plus.
