🥎🍂 Fall Ball Registration is Now Open! 🍂🥎

We’re excited to announce that registration is now open for our recreational Fall Softball Season!

📅 Player registration is open now through August 1. Due to the tight timeline between registration, team formation, and uniform ordering, late registrations cannot be accepted this season.

👥 Interested in coaching? Coaches can sign up now by clicking the “Volunteer” button during registration.

📣 KGSA Concession Stand Volunteers Needed! 🥎🌭

As we head into the final weeks of league play, KGSA is looking for volunteers to help work the concession stand June 8th–June 10th. Our concession stand plays a huge role in supporting our players, teams, and league operations, and we can’t do it without the help of our amazing softball community!

Whether you can help for a full shift or just a couple hours, every bit of support makes a difference. Volunteers help with:
🥤 Serving drinks and snacks
🍿 Preparing simple food items
💵 Handling purchases
😊 Keeping the stand clean and running smoothly

This is a great way to support the girls and give back to the league during our final week of the season!

📣 A Message to Kelso Girls Softball Families 📣

Over the past couple months, concerns have been raised regarding league finances, nonprofit filings, and organizational transparency. We understand that these discussions have created questions and concerns within our softball community, and we want parents and families to know that we take these matters seriously.

Our priority has always been and continues to be the players, families, and future of Kelso Girls Softball Association. We are committed to reviewing all information thoroughly, addressing concerns responsibly, and ensuring the organization operates with transparency, accountability, and integrity moving forward.

We ask that our community remain respectful and patient as these matters are reviewed. We believe constructive communication and collaboration are the best path forward for maintaining a positive environment for our athletes.

As additional verified information becomes available, we will continue to communicate openly with our families. In the meantime, we encourage parents with questions or concerns to reach out directly to the board so they can be addressed appropriately.

Thank you to our players, parents, coaches, volunteers, and supporters who continue to dedicate their time and energy to making Kelso Girls Softball a positive experience for our athletes. Together, we can continue building a strong future for our program.

Concession Stand Update

Hey everyone! Just a quick heads-up that our **concession stand will be closed tonight.** Unfortunately, we’re dealing with an unexpected equipment malfunction that requires some cleanup and repairs. We're working hard to get everything back in order and wil be open for Mondays games!

We know many of you are eager to hear from your coaches and we keeping saying they will be in contact soon. Coaches are meeting tonight to receive final details, including practice schedules. Until that information is available, they may not be able to reach out just yet.

Coaches have been asked to contact their teams as soon as possible following tonight’s meeting.

We truly appreciate your understanding as our volunteer coaches coordinate all the details to make this season a great experience for everyone. Your patience helps us get everyone off to the best start.

This is it, Kelso families! Registration for the Spring 2026 Kelso Girls Softball season closes TONIGHT at 11:59 PM.

After 11:59 PM, registration will be closed and no additional players can be added.

If your athlete wants to be on the field this spring, now is the time!
