In between multiple jobs and mommin’ her kiddos, Taya squeezes in some time for herself in a CrossFit class and Fire + Ice! 🔥🧊

Man it has been a BUSY few weeks at the gym! 😅🙌🏽 We have had several birthdays that deserve a permanent spot on the TC IG, and here they are:

Amy - thank you for your referrals, support, and consistency! Your encouragement and attitude at 5am is so appreciated by the other early birds and we LOVE having you as an OG member! 💕

Chase - You took a chance on something new and different and your hard work is paying off! Hunting season is going to be a breeze this fall, thank you for your effort and attitude in every class you attend and keep up the great work! 💪🏽

Katelyn - No words can accurately describe my feelings for this woman. Forever my words of wisdom and source of strength when I need some extra…even miles and states away! This is going to be a great year and I’m so glad your birthday was filled with family, friends, and fitness! ♥️

And “Grandma” - TC wouldn’t be here without you! I’m so thankful to have you on this journey with me and hope this next year is even better than the last! 🥰

🍀☘️🌈 When you’re so caught up in the magic and celebration that you forget to take a group photo until half the group has left 😅😜

“Proud” is an understatement for what I felt yesterday at our Saturday Night Lights. There were doubts, tears, a lot of sweat, a little blood, and a whole lot of ATTITUDE and EFFORT! 💪🏽 I am constantly impressed by the grit and determination of our community and am so happy to have such a supportive and encouraging environment to help others thrive in their health and wellness! 😍🥹

You all did an INCREDIBLE job pushing yourselves this Open season, I can’t wait to see what this next year brings and am looking forward to watching all the progress leading up to 25.1! 👍🏽👊🏽

The mental challenge of working out in front of others and physical challenge of a workout were no match for the power, perseverance, and grit that our Timber City fit fam showed up with yesterday. 💪🏽👊🏽👏🏽

Thank you to our spectators, cheerleaders, coaches, and judges for creating an electric atmosphere and for helping things run smoothly all evening. You rock! 🥳👊🏽
