Good afternoon members!!

It’s almost rodeo week!!

If anyone can get by to mow! My mower isn’t running right for some reason so if anyone can help mow around clubhouse would be awesome!!

I will try to get pasture mowed by on tuesday!

Attention:

Please do not practice barrels at the arena on the barrel stakes! It causes holes that take a lot of time to fill in around a barrel and makes it hard to drain when it rains.

We want you all to have ability to ride and practice but please be mindful of where you’re running the barrels. Today barrels were set on stakes and now have a lot of dirt moved from around the barrels from going around repeatedly.

Please do not practice barrels on the stakes move them forward or backwards off the stake line please!

Unfortunately, we are going to cancel tonight’s race at Kellyville.

Whether it’s the weather forecast, summer schedules, or a combination of factors, the entries just aren’t where they need to be for us to move forward tonight. We completely understand that things come up, and we appreciate everyone who pre-entered and planned to attend.

As much as we enjoy putting these events on, we have to be mindful of the costs involved in producing a race and make decisions that allow us to continue offering events in the future.

We also want to thank the Kellyville Round Up Club for their support and partnership. We appreciate the opportunity to use their facility and everything they do behind the scenes.

Thank you all for your understanding and continued support. We hope to see everyone down the road. 🖤
