Silver Valley Fitness Right in the heart of Uptown Kellogg, a newly renevated facility and friendly staff brings a persona

We currently offer Personal training with one of our Awesome Trainers for 15 - 30 dollars per hour session, or a personalized training plan to follow at your own pace for 50
dollars. We do Biggest Looser Competition, small group classes, but are looking forward to opening up some more classes in the near future. We are looking at the options for a Zumba Class, a Yoga class, and a Burnout Bootcamp.

We hope you will stop by and take a look for yourself, we are open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 7 pm. Or you can give us a call during those hours and ask for Tom or Tammy
