The Birch is pleased to partner with Taylor Deutsch of GF Mental Performance to provide mental performance education and support for our athletes.

Taylor recently earned her Master’s degree in Sport and Performance Psychology and is continuing her work toward the Certified Mental Performance Consultant® (CMPC) credential.

Through seminars and group sessions at The Birch, Taylor introduces athletes to age-appropriate strategies designed to help them:

* Develop greater awareness of their thoughts and reactions
* Respond more effectively to setbacks and challenges
* Build confidence and a strong sense of self
* Strengthen mental skills they can use both on and off the court

Taylor also offers additional services through GF Mental Performance, including:

**Individual Sessions for Athletes Ages 12 and Up**
Personalized sessions focused on an athlete’s specific performance goals and concerns.

**Team and Group Sessions**
Sessions designed to strengthen confidence, focus, communication, and the mental side of team performance.

**Coach Sessions**
Support for coaches who want to enhance both athlete performance and the overall athlete experience.

**Parent Sessions**
Education and practical tools to help parents confidently support their athlete’s development.

We are SO excited to announce our brand-new Homeschool Team Tennis Program at The Birch!
Middle & High School players gets a REAL team experience with structured coaching, drill sessions, and actual match play against other DFW teams — all on a schedule designed around the homeschool day!

✅ Middle School: Tuesday & Thursday, 1–3 PM

✅ High School: Monday & Wednesday, 1–3 PM

✅ Fall season starts August 17th

✅ Two 10-week seasons: Fall & Winter

✅ $800/season — includes EVERYTHING
