(GRT) Groce & Roby Technique (GRT) We give the Athletes the Tools Needed to Succeed in Sports and Life We also provide fitness boot camps for all ages.

It started off with Anutha_Level Skills and Drills, then branched off to form Groce & Roby Technique. We make good athletes into Great athletes; meaning we teach kids work ethics, to make them better, faster, well rounded and prepared athletes for their level of play and beyond. Our main goal is to promote and teach healthiness for a lifetime.

If you have children with dreams of playing a college sport then you guys need to come up with a plan... Please ask a coach or an outside source that you are not paying to be real with you it will show you what your child needs to improve on obtaining their goals... be aggressive on promoting your child let you kids play multiple sports most colleges won't be about to see you kid play the sport because they are in season so they need to see how your kid competes how they interact with teammates... FYI you can cost your kids a chance to play at a school if you are posting crazy stuff also they are recruiting the family
