Do I need Probiotics?
That's a question I get asked from time to time from clients. Probiotics meaning (for life) is a widely used supplement, despite having all the necessary research to solidify the claims. Some of the claims are: improve immune function, protect against hostile bacteria to prevent infection and improve digestion and absorption of food and nutrients.
