West Coast Strength is celebrating two years of strength, grit, and community, and you’re invited!

We’re teaming up with an incredible lineup of local vendors, including our returning friends at Willamette Sauna House, who are bringing the heat to a chilly fall night.

Come hungry for smash burgers, bring your friends and family, and help us celebrate the people who make this gym what it is.

New Hammer Strength pieces being added to Keizer.

The ultra rare side lateral raise (impossible to find), high row, horizontal chest press, and shoulder press.

New upholstery, weight storage/arms, and other miscellaneous fixes before they’re out on the floor.

The Gauntlet is the king of cardio.
