After a very long night, a new management contract has been awarded for our fields. MYB and KLL have already had our first official meeting with representatives of SFC and are looking forward to a good season ahead. We suggest that everyone read the full article from Keizer Times and ask us any questions you might have. Both MYB and Keizer Little League Inc. are satisfied with the terms of the contract.

The Keizer City Council initially favored postponing a decision, but after hearing testimony from local youth sports nonprofits and company leaders voted 6-1 to approve new management for the sports complex at Keizer Little League Park.

On October 6th, the Keizer City Council voted to move forward with an intent to assign a contract for a new vendor to manage Keizer Little League Park. Please go watch the video at keizertv.com. The topic starts at 6:45pm.

Both McNary Youth Baseball and Keizer Little League are in communication with the city and are working towards making sure that our leagues are part of the negotiation process as we are the primary users of the park.
