Just updated the schedule, Monday evening we will be at the budget meeting for avcs. Check out class Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday for our evening classes.

Great week of classes so far. For our BJJ classes we've been hitting a lot of closed guard from both top and bottom.

Here's a smooth transition from Scissor sweep to triangle to an armbar from thr stacked position preformed by Chris.

Next week we continue the closed guard and transitions off it. Gi class is Tuesday evening.

"Slow is fast and fast is slow" especially when it pertains to learning new moves. If you rush the drilling you wont understand the details well enough to execute it live.

Since my video explaining the new program for teens sponsored membership went up, I had a few people message or ask how they could help support or donate.

I appreciate the overall response and I know this will be a great way to support the community.

I will be doing a fund raiser in a couple of months to assist opening more slots.

For now the best way to support this opportunity is to share it.

Last week of softball season,

Next weeks schedule coming in hot, lets have a good time. I know we have a few of you talking about competing in August. So lets work hard and get after it.

I've been inspired to act by not just the current budget situation but wanting to be a stronger part of our community.

As of now we will have 5 slots for sponsored membership for 12-18 year olds, these can be 100% free of charge. If you're able to pay what you can I'd be thankful.

In the future i hope to grow this program alongside the gym to offer more memberships through this program.

We will also try our hand at community service as well.

Lets have a great time and a great summer.
