Hi all! Hope everyone is getting this much needed moisture🌧️🙌🏻. Here are some things for the weekend. There is a lot of info so please take time to read.

We are excited to move to Double Check Arena. This is a beautiful facility. There are a few things.
🤠 Please try not to park close to the outdoor arena. We will need room for spectators and the contestants to go from one end of the arena to the other safely.
🤠 Please pickup around your trailers. Trash, p**p, shavings, hay, etc.
🤠 Just a friendly reminder there are security cameras all around the facility.
🤠 We do have access to the bathrooms in the indoor.
🤠 There will be NO horses in the indoor. We do not have that arena rented. Warm up will be allowed before the rodeo starts and there is a small warm area on the north end of the arena.

STALLS & HOOKUPS
If you are planning on staying please contact Double Check Arena directly to make reservations. All payment for stalls and hookups will be made to Double Check. See flyer below for info.

ENTRIES
🤠 See the flyers below for the list of events and age groups.
🤠 Run order is posted below. Please note there is a few changes to the run order. As always this is subject to change.
🤠 Memberships and Sponsorships can be paid with a check.
🤠All entries are cash 💵 only as we pay back in cash. There is an ATM located inside the indoor arena by the bathrooms.
🤠 If you Pre-entered please DO NOT fill out any forms those have been done for you. You will need to check in at the office to pay your fees and sign the waivers.
🤠 All fees must be paid and waivers signed before you compete. If you have not done this by the time we do the draws you will be drawn out.

CHURCH SERVICE
We are excited to have church service every Sunday at 8:30 am. This will be by the crows nest. Thank you to Homestead Bible Church and Pastor Chris Corral! Bring your chairs and enjoy a morning of worship 🙏.

We are excited to have El Sauzon back for our food truck! We are working on having a coffee truck as well.
