Since everyone is on Christmas Break this week, we are moving up the evening class schedule to the afternoons. For Tuesday - Friday this week, the schedule will be as follows:
➢12pm-1pm: Speed / Strength for TP & ESP
➢ 3pm-4pm: Jump Start & Speed (TP/ESP)
➢ 4pm-5pm: TP & ESP Strength

Please check Mindbody for any updates and whenever possible, register for classes ahead of time. We will resume the regular schedule on 1/3/2023.

Now that the kids are home for the summer, we have expanded our Parisi Speed School schedule to offer mid-day classes. We have also moved the afternoon/evening schedule up where each class time is now an hour earlier than before (e.g.,Jump Start is changed from 4:30pm to 3:30pm). Please see the revised schedule through our Mindbody scheduling system and also remember to sign-up the kids in advance.

Romanian Deadlift (RDL) is a hinge exercise that works the hamstrings and glutes. Here are some coaching cues we use to help our athletes complete this exercise safely.

Working with a big group can be challenging. Break down the drills into stations and split the kids evenly at each station. We do this often with our Parisi Jumpstart kids! It’s a great way to enhance coaching and maximize training!
