Ready for some hump day strength and conditioning The Summit Athletic Center?!!

Contenders is moving in to The Summit Athletic Center! Heavy bags are being hung and classes start Monday May 22.

For the first few weeks the schedule is as follows:
Monday & Wednesday 5-6 pm boxing, 6-7 pm kickboxing
Friday 5:30-6:30 pm heavy bags and open gym

Watch for more Contenders workouts as they settle in.

Our workout buddy Amy and her family are working through a difficult time with no clear end in sight.

She's tough but Amy could use some support right now as she helps care for her mother who is hospitalized while fighting cancer. Amy is juggling work and life and her mothers illness so let's make it just a little easier for her.
