We always need families to join the ICC to help shape NH Birth to Three services!

Meetings are 4 Fridays a year! In Concord or there's a virtual option for 3 of the meetings. Families will receive reimbursement for mileage for attendance.

Information about the Interagency Coordinating Council (ICC), a federally-mandated program under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA)
The NH Interagency Coordinating Council (ICC) is federally mandated under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act (IDEIA) of 2004 and serves as an advisory group to the NH Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Bureau for Family Centered Services (BFCS). This state agency oversees Family Centered Early supports and Services for children birth up to age three who have or are at risk of having developmental delays and their families.

Welcome Ida and thank you Melissa!
We've had some changes in our child care program. Ida Daley is our new child care director. Previously, she was an educator in our early intervention program. Melissa Tardiff, our longtime child care director, has moved to a new position in early intervention. Both are looking forward to new adventures and challenges, and we are so grateful to have both of them here at Rise!
