A lot of people think they need to feel motivated before they move.
In reality, it often works the other way around.
A short walk. A workout. A few minutes of movement. It's amazing how quickly your energy, stress level, and outlook can shift when you get your body moving.
You don't have to crush yourself to feel better. Most of the time, you just need to start.
