As we enter 2024, one of our many goals is to provide more practical guidance for our members and community to achieve their fitness goals.
Throughout the month of January, we will be uploading 7-day programs that we encourage people to sample out and experiment with.
This specific program is dedicated to our muscle building populations, with specificity for men, but anyone could benefit from this program as long as there isn’t pain developing. We also threw in a dash of exercise diversity to expose people to new variations and combos, while making sure to touch on all the primary functional movement pattern’s.
As you go through time, just make sure you are progressively overloading, which simply put, means that you’ll find a way to make the workouts 5-10% harder each week.
That can be done by adding more reps, or more weight, or slowing your speed down, or decreasing rest times, or adding additional sets.
5-10% increases between weeks will do the trick to consistently give your body growth signals, while still giving your body time to acclimate to the movement patterns and develop coordination and skill that will layer on top of the actual tissue growth!
