⏰ NON-SUMMER HOURS RETURN!

Beginning Tuesday, September 8th, the Kearney SportsPlex will officially transition back to our non-summer operating hours:

🔹 Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–10:00 PM
🔹 Saturday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
🔹 Sunday: 10:00 AM–8:00 PM

With fall sports getting underway and another busy season ahead, we’re excited for more activity, practices, programs, and events at the SportsPlex! 🏀🏐⚽🥎🏈

🏟️ Join the Kearney SportsPlex Team!

The Kearney SportsPlex is looking for Seasonal Event Operations Attendants to help keep events running smoothly!

This hands-on position assists with setting up and tearing down sporting events, converting courts and turf for different activities, cleaning event areas, organizing equipment, and supporting tournaments and other large events.

Position highlights:

💵 $16.00/hour
🗓️ Primarily evening and weekend hours
🏀 Work around basketball, volleyball, pickleball, turf events, tournaments, and more
💪 Active, hands-on work in a fast-paced sports environment
🎂 Applicants must be at least 16 years old
🧹 Experience in facility operations, custodial work, event management, athletics, or maintenance is preferred, but not required.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, enjoys being active, works well with a team, and wants to be part of the action at the Kearney SportsPlex.

📢 Kearney SportsPlex Annual Maintenance Closure Notice

The Kearney SportsPlex will be closed on Monday, August 10, and Tuesday, August 11, for our annual facility maintenance. During this time, the entire facility will be closed.

In addition, the SportsPlex Gymnasium will remain closed from Monday, August 10, through Monday, August 24, to complete additional maintenance. Gym rentals and drop-in play will resume on Tuesday, August 25.

Beginning Wednesday, August 12, the following areas will reopen and remain available for use:

Turf
Indoor Track
Pickleball Courts

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete our annual maintenance to keep the SportsPlex safe and enjoyable for everyone.
