At Alloy Kaysville, our coaching team is led by Sherrie, (Director of Training) and Josh (Head Coach)—two experienced professionals dedicated to helping everyday people get stronger, healthier, and more confident.
Sherrie has spent more than a decade coaching and training others. She’s a certified Cognitive Behavioral Life Coach, longtime runner, trainer, and outdoor enthusiast who helps members build both physical strength and sustainable mindset.
Josh holds a degree in Exercise Physiology and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He’s coached everyone from first-time gym members to college athletes and has a gift for helping people learn proper technique and train with confidence.
Between them, they’ve spent years studying, practicing, and coaching fitness—not just talking about it.
