A tough workout is one thing. Doing it with a community that shows up, pushes hard, and honors something bigger than themselves is different.

Proud of everyone who came out today and put in the work. RX, scaled, first Murph or 20th — doesn’t matter. You showed up.

Today was about remembering the sacrifice behind the freedom we get to live every day. Grateful for those who gave everything.

OPEN 26.3 — TOP 3 TIPS

1️⃣ Step up your burpees
This workout will punish anyone who sprints their burpees. Stay smooth and controlled. Step up, breathe at the top, and keep moving. Consistency here will save your legs and your heart rate.

2️⃣ Break the barbell early
Don’t wait until you’re forced to drop it. Plan your sets from the start and stay ahead of fatigue. Quick breaks keep your form sharp and your pace steady.

3️⃣ Have fun
It’s the final week of the Open. The music will be loud, the gym will be packed, and everyone is in it together. Embrace the atmosphere and enjoy the final test.

OPEN 26.2 — TOP 3 TIPS

1️⃣ Manage your grip
Don’t blow it up early. Stay relaxed and stay smart. Breaking up the Pull Ups and C2B will not kill you overall time if you’re having to rest on the RMU.

2️⃣ Know your pace
This one rewards control. Know your body and your limiting factors. If RMU are out of the question, this is a race to that last set of DB Snatches. If you think you can get that one muscle up, this is your chance! Hitting that one rep will be thousands of leaderboard spots - and every rep after that will have a huge separating factor.

3️⃣ Remember — this is a test
It’s supposed to be hard. If you think I can’t do that muscle up or I can’t do chest to bar or I can’t do 20 pull ups…GOOD!! This is meant to challenge you and see where you’re at right now in your fitness journey. It gives you feedback to know what to work on in the future. Come attempt it, come scale it, come do what you can and test yourself wherever you’re at!
