Launch week continued today with Group Power. Max’s 5:30 am group looked like they were enjoying the biceps selfie break! Alison’s 5:30 pm group flexed for the camera too!

Tomorrow Group Fight classes are at 8:30 am and 5:30 pm.

Group Centergy debuts the April 2026 release tomorrow at 6:30 pm!

Our Group Centergy Launch is in two days! On Tuesday, April 21 at 6:30 pm Stef will be debuting a brand new release! New music, new flows, new energy! You don’t want to miss it!

The April Group Power launch was a HUGE success yesterday. The room was packed with people, and they brought the energy! The biceps track brought two selfie breaks (see first two pics), and the core-focused workout engaged our muscles like never before!

The April 2026 Group Fight Launch was a huge success! We had a big class, and everyone was having a great time! Stacey, Sarah, Addy, and Max taught a fantastic new release! Check out some highlights of the launch in the pics. Addy shows that she has hops, and Max’s poses are very entertaining!
