Just a reminder that Sensei Cris from Dragonfly Dojo will be running class on Mondays at the regular time. There will be no classes on Wednesdays or Fridays. All K**A students have been invited to attend Dragonfly Karate & Kobudo classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I would urge you to do so as Sensei Cris is an excellent instructor.

Just to let everyone know I am now home. The surgery went well and I can already feel a difference in the hip. Thank you for all of the prayers and well wishes.. they are much appreciated.
