Training will be cancelled today! I Will message everyone once school starts for a possible weekend session for in-season speed/conditioning training!! I speak on behalf of every trainer/coach when i say that we had an absolute blast & amazing time this summer with everyone we were able to train and get to know! For this weekend, our final weekend of the summer i might add, the elementary & jr high groups will be consolidated; starting at 10am saturday & 230pm sunday. Lets get it! Final grind here we come!!!
