Today’s workout was all about HYPERTROPHY, aka building strength, muscle endurance, and making those muscles WORK.

🔥 Set 1: Find a challenging weight
🔥 Set 2: Lock in form & control
🔥 Set 3: Push the output and finish strong

This style of training teaches members how to move with intention, control tempo, and progressively overload safely while coaches keep a close eye on technique, heavy hinges, and front-loaded movements.

Basically… if your legs were shaking today, you did our job! 💥😅
