It’s time for Meet a Fan Friday 👋 Let’s get to know our Fan, Adam. He’s made incredible progress since joining us in January. If you’re ever in the 6am session, be sure to say hello! Here’s what Adam had to say about his time at CFC:

💜 The best part about CFC is simply showing up to expertly guided, ever-changing workouts and pushing towards my best self alongside a supportive community that makes the early mornings completely worth it.

💜 My most memorable milestone has been seeing the undeniable proof of my hard work—from discovering a 30-pound weight loss on the body scanner and finally fitting into old clothes, to hitting a bench press max I haven’t reached since high school—all while pushing through an ongoing battle with chronic back pain.

💜 When I’m not at CFC, I stay plenty busy keeping up with my three kids, officiating football and baseball umpiring, volunteering at the fire department, playing bass guitar on the weekends, and tinkering with just about anything I think I can fix—at least until I can’t!
