At Artistry In Motion Dance Company, you can walk into the room, leave everything else at the door, turn the music up, and just move.

For that one hour, the stress gets quieter. The worries feel a little lighter. You’re not thinking about the long to-do list, what happened earlier in the day, or what needs to happen tomorrow. You get to simply be present — with the music, the movement, your teacher, and the people dancing beside you.

That’s one of the things we love most about dance. It’s so much more than learning steps and choreography. It can be an outlet, a confidence builder, a way to connect with others, and a space where kids, teens, and adults can express themselves without having to say a word.

Whether you’re dancing because you want to grow as an artist, stay active, make new friends, build confidence, or simply have one hour that belongs to you, there’s a place for you here.

We’re excited to share that our Soar Company is partnering with Fort Bend Animal Shelter for a community donation drive! 💜🐾

From September 9–26, we’ll be collecting items at Artistry In Motion Dance Company to help support the animals and staff at the shelter.

We are accepting:

• New or gently used blankets and towels
• Medium and large dog collars and leashes
• New laundry detergent, soap, and cleaning supplies
• Pet food
• Treats
• Pet toys
• Trash bags
• Paper towels

✨ THE THEME IS OFFICIALLY REVEALED! ✨🎄

After a little teasing… we can finally share what we’ve been working on!

This year, Artistry in Motion is bringing you a Muppet-inspired Nutcracker Winter Show!

Think classic Nutcracker magic mixed with the silliness, personality, humor, and holiday fun you’d expect from the Muppets. We are SO excited to see this one come to life on stage!

📅 SAVE THE DATE — Saturday, December 19

We will have TWO performances:
✨ Show 1 — 1:00 PM
✨ Show 2 — 5:00 PM

And things are already getting started behind the scenes! Our dancers will be measured for costumes this week, which means we are officially on our way to showtime.

We cannot wait for our dancers and families to experience this fun twist on a holiday favorite. Expect festive music, memorable characters, lots of personality, and plenty of Christmas magic!
