For my in person clients (I am not longer training online. I only sell my b***y program now) I am giving a week free of workouts to you if you refer a friend or family member. I do travel up to 30 miles outside of Katy, TX but those spots are very limited.

Ok yall, so workouts go out this Sunday for lower body growth and sculpt! This includes 16 workouts. 2 leg days a week and 2 upper body days. Primary focus are glutes and legs.. This will help get you started in the right direction and critical exercises for future use. I won't offer it again until October. But by then, you could already be closer to your goals.

If you're on your journey to a healthy lifestyle, remember during this weekend that you're still alive so enjoy one thing you like to do to keep you from distractions. Have a cheat meal, not a cheat day. And stay strong. Remember, fitness is a journey. Not a destination.
