Wednesday’s workout is the Notorious B.O.B. push/pull session. This is a tough workout. We push. We pull. Then we finish it all off with a static-hold march and accessory muscle work. (Quadzilla, biceps & triceps)

Mobility Thursday workout!
A little bit of Yoga, a little bit of exercise movement. a little bit of stretching, and a whole lotta groaning…🫣 but we feel so much better afterwards. 😬😊
This is the “secret sauce” we use to improve our performance and decrease the risk of injury. The mobility workout may not be as “insta worthy” as a heavy, record breaking lift…it’s just as important to your well being.
