Throwback Thursday! This was back in 2008 when I won Gold at the AAU Chinese Martial Arts Championships. I won Gold the previous year as well, so I was defending my title. 😂 Yeah, cant move as fast and definitely cant get that low any more. I am happy to announce that starting October 1, 2024, I will be one of BONA Fitness personal trainers! This decision took me a while to pull the trigger on because I wanted to make sure they are a good fit for me and also that I would be a good fit for them too. Proud to have been a part of this badass unit! It has been a long and stressfull week for all of us, but we all kept each others spirits up with each other’s company. We are the only unit (that I know of) that came up with nicknames for each other. Mine was “BLOODSPORT” 😂
