Thank you to for hosting us last night. We had a great time kicking off our SLT Retreat. Fajitas from hit the spot!

The 2026 F3 MKT 43’ Retreat kicked off Friday night, bringing together AOQ’s and other leaders from across the MKT Region to share a meal and engage with and uplift one another in pursuit of furthering the F3 Mission: “To plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for men to invigorate male community leadership.”

We’re more than a workout group. We were able to assist 5 kids have a memorable Christmas this year.

Come join us Monday-Friday at 5:15am and Sat at 6:30am.

Thank you to F3 for donating bikes, clothes, and toys for our Giving Tree! Your generosity and love will bless so many of our little Tigers this Christmas! We love having you all as part of our KE family!
