A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out for Barbells & Bagels. You helped us wrap up Bring a Friend Week with 70+ new class check ins, 50+ new faces, a pair of weightlifting shoes and some free WEKC merch.

We trained, hung out, ate some carbs, and most importantly - cast our votes for the first-ever OFFICIAL BAGEL OF WORK ETHIC.
