This weekend, in dance studios all across North America, something beautiful is happening!
Children are walking onto stages.
Parents are holding their breath.
Teachers are standing in the wings… counting, whispering steps, giving quiet encouragement, and praying that every child feels proud.
Studio owners are watching months of work, worry, planning, problem-solving, and love come to life.
And in the middle of all the costumes, music, lights, tickets, programs, quick changes, and last-minute details, there is something we should never forget.
This is about the children.
The little one who may wave from the stage.
The beginner who finally remembered the whole dance.
The student who needed courage just to walk out there.
The teenager who has grown up in the studio.
The senior who is taking their final bow.
For parents, this is more than a show.
