🔥🐷 Labor Day Weekend with Team Sadie Q! 🐷🔥

We hope all of our friends and family had an AMAZING Labor Day weekend!
We sure did! 🇺🇸
We kicked things off strong with a trip to The Upper Cut KC grabbed some GREAT meat products 🥩🔥 and picked up some pretty cool merch while we were there!
But the best part of the weekend?
❤️ Getting to spend some quality time with the grandkiddos!
And while we were at it, we put together our SECOND Hunsaker Smokers!😎🔥

Honestly, the only thing that got cooked this weekend was probably US! 😂☀️

We also squeezed in some practice on our ancillaries for the American Royal World Series of Barbecue, because that competition is getting closer! 🏆🔥 And if that wasn’t enough, we’re already getting everything ready for Tipton Mo, this weekend with Rib Cook Off Association 🤠🐖

The smokers are getting tuned and the Team Sadie Q crew is getting ready to do what we love!

🔥 NEW PIT & A PRACTICE RUN. 🔥

We fired up the new Hunsaker Smokers and put it to work with some spare ribs & baby backs! 🐖🔥 Safe to say, we’re already loving this cooker!

Even better than the practice was getting to share the finished product with one of our biggest supporters, Oxford House Kansas City. 🙏🏽

We love giving back to the same people who continue to believe in Team Sadie Q and support what we’re building. Thank you for helping us get one step closer to The American Royal! 👑🔥

Although Team Ms. SadieQ didn’t fire up the smokers this weekend, it’s still a blessing getting to celebrate our BBQ family who went out put in the work and brought home some AMAZING calls! 🔥🐷🏆

🔥TEAM SADIE Q IS ADDING TO THE ARSENAL! 🔥

We recently got the opportunity to meet the man himself, Mark Hunsaker, owner of Hunsaker Smokers ! 🤘🔥

We ordered a kit online, grabbed a barrel, and BUILT ourselves a Hunsaker smoker to add to our setup! 💪🔥 There’s something pretty awesome about being able to build your own smoker with your Dad and then put it to work on some good BBQ!

We had a blast yesterday cooking at the Lakeside Speedway with the Rib Cook Off Association !! We walked away with a top 10 rib call out of 28 teams & met some great people! 😊🔥😊
